Right here on the site. Add what you like to your cart, verify your phone number, enter a delivery address and choose how you'd like to pay. You'll get an order confirmation straight away, and you can see it any time under My Orders.

Pay online at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, or choose cash on delivery for a small handling fee. Your order goes into preparation as soon as it is placed.

Absolutely, that's our favourite kind of order. Share your budget, the occasion and a little about the person, and we'll curate a crate just for them. You can also add a personal note card to any hamper.

Send us a photo, the occasion and your greeting text. We design the wrapper, send you a preview for approval, then print and hand-sleeve it over sealed branded chocolates. The printed wrapper never touches the chocolate itself.

There's no strict minimum for a trial, but pricing gets better with quantity. They're most popular as return gifts and party favours in sets of 10 or more. Ask us for a quote.

Orders arrive within 4–6 days anywhere in India, and within 1–2 days in Surat. Personalised items are printed only after you approve the design preview, so those days start from your approval. Replying to the preview quickly is the fastest way to get them sooner.

Yes, we deliver all over India. Orders in Surat are hand-delivered by us, everywhere else goes by courier. Delivery is free anywhere in Gujarat and a flat ₹50 to the rest of India.

Hampers can be cancelled before they're packed. Personalised items can't be cancelled once the design is approved and printed. If anything arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we'll make it right.
