• Contact details: your name, phone number and delivery address, which you give us at checkout when you order.
• Photos you send us: only when you order personalised products that use them.
• Payment references: UPI/bank transaction IDs to confirm your order. We never see or store card details.

• To prepare, personalise and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order by phone or WhatsApp.
• Delivery details are shared with courier partners only to the extent needed to deliver your parcel.

Photos you share for personalised wrappers are used only to design your order. We never publish a customer’s photo, on this website, on social media, or anywhere else, without asking you first. If you’d like us to delete your photos after your order is delivered, just say so on WhatsApp and we will.

• We never sell or rent your personal information.
• We never send marketing messages without your consent.
• We never store payment credentials.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this website uses the Meta Pixel so we can tell which of those ads actually lead to an order. It records pages you view here, when you add something to the cart, and when an order is placed, along with the order value. Meta may use that to show you our ads later.

It does not receive your name, phone number, address or payment details. You can stop it by turning off ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser — the shop works either way. Basic, anonymous visit statistics may also be collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running smoothly.
