Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all over India. Orders in Surat are hand-delivered by us; everywhere else goes out by courier.

• Surat: 1–2 days, hand-delivered by us.
• Rest of India: 4–6 days by courier.
• Personalised items: nothing is printed until you approve the design preview, so those days start from your approval.

Need it by a specific date (a birthday, a wedding)? Message us as soon as you’ve ordered, we plan dispatch around your date.

Delivery is free anywhere in Gujarat. Everywhere else in India it is a flat ₹50, added at checkout once you pick a delivery address.

Every crate is packed by hand with protective layering so it arrives exactly as it left. Personalised chocolates are wrapped over their sealed original packaging, the printed sleeve never touches the chocolate.

We confirm your delivery window by phone or WhatsApp once your order is packed and on its way.
