Personalised Chocolate Wrappers

1. Send a photo and a greeting. One photo per design, and up to three words. Three words is what fits legibly across the front of a wrapper.
2. We design and send a preview. Nothing goes to print before you have seen it.
3. You approve it. This is the point the order becomes final, and the point the two-to-four working day clock starts.
4. We print, sleeve and deliver. The wrapper goes over the chocolate’s own sealed packaging.

Delivery is free anywhere in Gujarat and a flat ₹50 to the rest of India. Up to 500 chocolates go through checkout; for a larger run, message us and we will quote it.

You send a photo and a short greeting of up to three words. Happy Crate designs a wrapper around them and sends you a preview. Nothing is printed until you approve that preview. Once you do, the wrapper is printed and sleeved over the chocolate's own sealed packaging, so the printed paper never touches the chocolate itself. The bar inside is an ordinary sealed Nestlé KitKat or Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk, bought as normal and left unopened. Orders are made in Surat and delivered anywhere in India.

Two, at the moment. Nestlé KitKat costs ₹20 per chocolate and is printed in batches of 10 or more, because setting up a print run for fewer is not worth doing. Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk costs ₹200 per chocolate and can be ordered one at a time. Both use the same process: your photo, your greeting, a preview before printing, and a sleeve over the sealed original wrapper.

Ten for KitKat, which works out to ₹200. One for Dairy Milk Silk, at ₹200. A single order can run up to 500 chocolates; past that it is worth a conversation on WhatsApp rather than a checkout. Larger runs are common for return gifts and party favours, and every chocolate in an order can carry a different photo if you want them to.

Two to four working days from the moment you approve the design preview, then dispatch. After dispatch, orders in Surat arrive within 24 hours and the rest of India in three to seven working days. The clock starts at approval rather than at payment, so replying quickly to the preview is the fastest way to get them sooner. If you need them for a specific date, say so when you order and dispatch is planned around it.

The printed wrapper never touches the chocolate. It is a sleeve that goes over the bar's own sealed factory packaging, which is not opened at any point. What you unwrap is the original manufacturer's seal, exactly as it left Nestlé or Cadbury. This is also why the chocolate inside keeps its normal shelf life and labelling.

Mostly things where a small gift goes to a lot of people at once. Birthday party favours and school return gifts are the most common, followed by wedding and engagement favours, Raksha Bandhan, and corporate gifting where a company wants its own photo or message on every bar. Because the minimum for KitKat is ten, they tend to be ordered by the handful rather than singly.

Before you approve the design preview, yes. After approval the wrappers go to print and cannot be cancelled, because they are made only for you and cannot be sold to anyone else. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video and it will be replaced or refunded, your choice.
