Refunds & Cancellations

• Readymade hampers: cancel any time before your order is packed and dispatched for a full refund.
• Personalised items (custom chocolates, custom hampers): can be cancelled before you approve the design preview. Once approved and sent to print, they can’t be cancelled: they are made only for you.

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We’ll replace the item or refund you, your choice.

Because our products are gifts, edibles and personalised items, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If something is genuinely wrong with what you received, the damaged-order promise above applies.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI/bank).
